Shipping Information

Most deliveries are made next-day or 2nd day, with some more rural areas reachable within 3 days.

Priority Mail — $15 flat rate. Contiguous United States only.

Orders are processed in-house by our team.

In order to avoid having your package sit on a delivery truck over a weekend, we ship only Monday through Thursday, and reserve the right to push the shipment of your order to a new day if we anticipate a delay in the shipping process. Getting your order to you in perfect condition is our highest priority.

 

Delivery (Important - Please Read)

During the warmer seasons (April to September) and when shipping to warm-weather locations, we take great care to package your order with gel packs and insulation to assure that your chocolate arrives safely and in perfect condition. But even with our meticulous packing, it’s imperative that your package not be left in a hot, sunny location upon delivery. Please either 1.) arrange to be home to receive the package, 2.) ship to a location where you will be able to receive it or 3.) assure that if you are not available to receive a delivery, there is a cool, shady location for it to be placed by the shipper.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Our products are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if there is any trouble at all* with your order we will gladly work with you to set it right. Simply contact us, describe the nature of the problem, and we’ll work together to find the best solution.

*please see the above note about delivery locations and heat/sunlight. We can not be held responsible for a package that is left exposed to high temperatures.
